Job Description:

Essential Functions:

· Provides direction to subordinate supervisors/assemblers based on general policies and management guidelines.

· Interprets and executes policies that typically affect subordinate organizational groups. Coordinate work programs for shift operations.

· Plans and coordinates integrated schedules for personnel, material and facilities utilization.

· Provides assistance to subordinates in meeting schedules.

· Responsible for assigned department budgets.

· Ability to obtain a US secret security clearance.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 6 years prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

· Experience in implementation of a manufacturing process improvement activity is desired.

· Demonstrated performance in factory operations including a thorough knowledge of scheduling, planning, forecasting, performance measurements.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead effectively in a challenging team environment.

· Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to plan, organize, coordinate, direct and control the activities of the assigned organization.

· Willingness to be available to supervise occasional overtime work as deemed necessary by company commitment to schedule.

· Willingness to assist in additional job duties as assigned by Management is vital.
