We are seeking a talented and motivated Assoc. Manufacturing Engineer with a focus on Manufacturing Planning to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes and will be responsible for planning and optimizing our manufacturing operations. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our production processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with industry standards.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing plans to meet production schedules and goals.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Analyze production processes to identify and implement improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
- Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams, ensuring adherence to manufacturing plans.
- Monitor and analyze production data to optimize resource allocation and workflow.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
Qualifications:
- To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engieering or related field or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
Prefered Skills:
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
- Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing planning tools (e.g., ERP systems).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
