Job Description:  

L3Harris is seeking experienced through senior level candidates for the following positions: Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT), and general engineers from entry to senior levels to join our dynamic team to deliver a cutting-edge satellite ground operations system for the Resilient Missile Warning and Missile Tracking (RMWT) and Ground Management and Integration (GMI) programs.

Essential Functions: 

• Experience with Systems Engineering
• Experience with MBSE Engineering
• Experience with Systems Engineering Integration and Test
• Travel: 10% Offsite
• Security Clearance: Most positions require an active SECRET security clearance, and some positions require an active TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance or ability to obtain a TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance.
  
  

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

• Experience with MBSE tools such as MagicDraw and Camero Systems Modeler.
• Experience with requirements decomposition to ensure detailed, structured, and traceable requirements for complex systems.
• Experience with stakeholder management to effectively communicate, coordinate, and align project goals with diverse stakeholder needs.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $92,500.00 - $171,500.00. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is  $80,500.00 - $149,500.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
