Job Description:
This position responsible for testing, troubleshooting, overhaul, and repair of high reliability electro-mechanical, and electronic avionics instruments using available documentation; repair manuals, schematic diagrams, technical publications, work instructions, and engineering drawings. In this role individuals may be responsible for conducting test on a variety of digital printed circuit boards, subassemblies or end products. Must be capable of using a variety of test equipment, logging information in technical databases and have a basic understanding of schematics. Basic troubleshooting skills are required. This should include troubleshooting product, subassembly and circuit board failures to component level. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with a cross-functional team.
Essential Functions:
- Receives incoming materials, unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders.
- Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated specifications.
- Maintains records of received goods, packing sheets, and other documents.
- Stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
- Knowledge of material handling procedures and Environmental Health and Safety requirements.
- Performs all stock keeping functions for EEE, metal parts, PWBs, CCAs, raw materials, chemicals, office supplies, and other related materials.
- Performs picking and kitting per parts list. Verifies all related documentation for being accurate and up to date.
- Records transaction details in ERP system and\or other media as per process\procedures.
- Receives requisitions for items in stockroom, secure correct materials, and issues to requesting department.
- Performs weekly purge of expendables in accordance with provided shelf-life tracking sheets.
Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
- Previous Manufacturing experience.

- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work overtime to include nights/weekends as needed
