Job Description:

Our corporate Workplace Services organization is a high-visibility IT group responsible for providing computers, multi-function devices, and IT support to users across the enterprise. The PC as a Service (PCaaS) program ensures employees, manufacturing operations, and laboratories operate using modern computer equipment critical to L3Harris’s “disruptor” strategy. The IT Business Analysis Specialist who inhabits this role will serve as Lease Manager for the PCaaS program. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and executing innovative leasing solutions that align with L3Harris business objectives, ensuring asset management program stability, performance, and data fidelity.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, internal customers, external suppliers, and other IT teams to serve as the Lease Manager and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our PC as a Service (PCaaS) program.
  • Review lease schedules for accuracy and completeness; ensure any necessary corrections are made prior to submitting for approval. 
  • Review, correct, and approve all PCaaS lease and purchase invoices. 
  • Dispute incorrect invoices and lease schedules by providing ample evidence to support your position.
  • Develop and maintain a hardware refresh plan that provides employees with modern equipment and supports L3Harris IT and business objectives while retiring technical debt.
  • Design and build ServiceNow dashboards to track and highlight key PCaaS performance indicators.
  • Provide detailed, complete, and accurate monthly PCaaS metrics for inclusion in monthly IT Operations Review.
  • Design and execute queries and reports informing and supporting LHX NeXt cost savings and cost avoidance efforts.
  • Define and document IT ServiceNow workflows, enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Update and maintain the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with PCaaS-relevant data such as lease start/end dates.
  • Analyze, validate, and correct records in the CMDB to ensure asset data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including IT-centric business cases, process flows, and Knowledge Base Articles (KBA).
  • Develop reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and form specifications to drive process improvements and improve data integrity.
  • Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning program solutions to our changing business requirements.
  • Lead or support “Go-to-Green” plans to improve IT service quality.
  • Drive integration and operational excellence across IT functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in finance or lease management, with a proven track record of successful program implementation and support.

 

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT asset & service management platforms and tools, including ServiceNow.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with widely distributed team members, IT employees, and other stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to devise innovative solutions for complex IT challenges.
  • Ability to routinely handle emergencies or time-sensitive situations effectively.
  • Willingness to engage with team members and stakeholders outside of normal working hours when necessary.
  • Experience with enterprise-level IT projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive projects and initiatives to successful completion.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent background in business operations – tools and processes.
  • Exposure to project management methodologies, primarily Agile.

 

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $71,500-$132,500. For California, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $82,500-$153,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
