Job Description:
As a Specialist Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for assigned tasks across a broad range of electrical engineering disciplines including the design, test and integration of CCAs containing analog, digital, power and high-speed circuits, along with supporting cables and wiring harnesses all targeting advanced tactical weapon platforms, sensors, and avionics. Additionally you will work with junior electrical engineers to support and guide tasking.
Agile Development Group and specializes in developing disruptive, next-generation technologies for advanced Unmanned Air Systems (UAS / UAV), advanced radar systems, next-generation weapon systems, and other RF sensor technologies using small company agility and big company experience.
Essential Functions:
- Perform design tasks such as requirements analysis, specification generation, interface definition, component selection, circuit simulation, schematic capture, and board layout and present design package to electrical and program leadership
- Simulation, bread-boarding and testing electrical circuits and functions
- Support production line acceptance testing and trouble-shooting
- Develop and implement test plans and procedures for electrical subsystems
- Perform and report results of test and evaluation of electrical CCAs
- Present results in internal & external design reviews
- Learn and follow company processes for product development, configuration management, purchasing, etc.
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoW security clearances as required
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- Up to 10% travel may be required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- U.S. citizen
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
- Graduate Degree or equivalent with 2 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Altium designer or other similar CCA design toolsets
- Knowledge of basic circuit design practices
- Exposure to circuit card test equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is Min $92,500.00 - $171,500.00 Max.
