Job Description:  

L3Harris is searching for a talented individual to support rapid electrical integration of circuit card assemblies (CCA’s) and electrical systems for advanced Unmanned Air Systems (UAS / UAV).

Essential Functions: 

• Manage an electrical integration area for rapid response troubleshooting and modifications
• Perform lab custodian duties, maintain supply of test equipment, test cables, and supplies
• Build test cables and perform CCA modifications on demand
• Interpret and follow moderately complex sketches, schematics, drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions. Assist in performing redlines on drawings during development
• Perform electrical data collection tasks for design development.
• Assist in production builds as required
• Work in a dynamic and highly interactive team environment in a rapid development laboratory
• JSTD 001 solder and rework certification

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of two (4) years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of two (2) years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of six (8) years of prior related experience.
• Requires an active Secret Security Clearance with ability to work SAP (Special Access Program)
• Profession experience working with electrical integration efforts
• 2+ years experience building cables for electronic hardware
• JSTD 001 solder and rework certification

Preferred Additional Skills:

• IPC A-620 certification
• Experience working on unmanned systems
