Job Description:
The purpose of the Integration and Test engineer position is to synthesize and define test processes for complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems. Coordinate assembly level through system level integration and test activities and ensure that technical obligations are fulfilled.
Essential Functions:

Perform systems engineering tasks for both manual and automated test processes

Develop test plans, test procedures, requirements traceability, test reports, test flow, and test case design and implementation

Execute system, CCA and component level functional testing and document results

Use software tools and perform scripting and software/hardware troubleshooting

Setup, configure, and document hardware and software systems under test, including loading software onto multiple devices to perform verification and validation

Perform root cause analysis and correction action creation

Support Operations in failure/trend analysis and ensure failure trends are quickly and effectively identified and resolved

May provide technical consultation to internal organizations and/or customers

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Capable of traveling domestically and internationally up to 10%
Qualifications:

To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Knowledge of Electro-Optical Imaging testing, Broadband RF/Microwave and Antenna test, Line of sight testing

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $68,000 - $126,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $59,000 - $110,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
