Job Description:
This position is located in Arlington, VA and will support the leadership team and provide for customer liaison at that location and the customer site at Washington Navy Yard, DC. This role is considered to be an on-site position with some flexibility for working remotely as defined by the Site Lead. Travel will be minimal for this position. This position requires an extremely organized, self-motivated individual with the ability to adapt quickly to changing plans and priorities. Superb verbal and written communication and the ability to juggle multiple priorities is critical to the candidate’s success. Position will require significant interaction with customer’s leadership and management and ability to independantly manage their efforts due to frequent offsite travel by local management and personnel in an office which is a small detachment of larger RTS organization.
Requires managing various tasking, to include customer liaison (technical documentation management, resolution of program issues, meeting support, etc.), facility management, management and resolution of administrative requirements, travel/expense report processing/management, facility security support including Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) duties.
Essential Functions:
- Provide management of administrative/facility/customer requirements with the ability to predict, anticipate, and execute on the business needs of the office and customer.
- Manage expense reporting and travel arrangements for local personnel and key personnel across the business unit.
- Coordinate calendar management/events to include onsite/offsite meetings and travel arrangements. Provide on-site support for customer and company meetings held in local office.
- Support the Facility Security Office in managing facility security requirements, inspections and day to day management including acting as the facility Alternate Facility Security Officer.
- Interact positively with all levels within the organization while projecting a positive, collaborative, professional image of L3Harris in all interactions.
- Manage general facility operations including ordering supplies, managing mail/shipping requirements, arrangements for IT support, and coordination with accounting/accounts payable regarding office services.
- Due to complex and confidential nature of the position, all company policies and procedures must be followed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master's degree and 1 year or less of relevant work experience
