Job Description:
Senior professional with strong knowledge of job area and broad knowledge of project management. Manages complex projects or processes with general oversight. Communicates within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures. Makes moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes. Contributes to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results.
Essential Functions:
- Review / Manage contracts varying in complexity with general oversight
- Requires strong knowledge of job area. Typically viewed as having a specialty within discipline.
- Establish operational plans to assist in meeting company goals.
- Ability to obtain US Security Clearance
- Must be able to communicate and brief parties both internal and external to the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Government and Commercial contract experience preferred.
- Work consists of making moderate to substantial improvement or enhancements to systems and processes to improve performance of job area.
- Strong working knowledge of contract terms and conditions, familiarity with Non-Disclosure Agreements, International Contracts, FAR based & Commercial Contracts.
- Ability to implement “best practices”.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $91,500 - $170,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $79,500 - $147,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
