Job Description:
• Work under moderate supervision to set objectives for own job area
• Communicate with contacts inside and outside own team to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures
• Identify and address changes within own job area
• Work to achieve operational targets with some impact on departmental results
• Perform data entry tasks essential to program execution
• Compile and analyze program status
• Participate in program meetings and assist in the preparation of meeting materials
• Develop mechanisms to monitor program progress across various functional teams
• Collaborate with multi-level program managers to achieve key business and financial objectives including orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new and ongoing programs
• Support the overall program management team in achieving broader objectives
• Work independently under regular direction and guidance on non-routine tasks requiring judgement and initiative
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; Or, Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience
• Ability to obtain US Government security clearance

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Strong teamwork abilities and aptitude for collaborative projects

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York state is $56,500-$105,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
