Job Description:
Test and troubleshoot complex electronic hardware down to the component level.
Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot test equipment used for acceptance testing.
Interface with various disciplines supporting the test and repair process.
Read and interpret electronic schematics.
Work with a variety of analog, digital, and electro-mechanical test equipment.
Integrate test procedures and test software with hardware to be tested.

Essential Functions:
Troubleshoot analog and digital hardware using both legacy and state-of-the-art test equipment.
Provide solutions to operational issues.
Assist with the development of test plans and procedures.
Work closely with peers and engineers.
Use Microsoft Word and Excel to support test activities and resolve test issues.
Demonstrate an understanding of circuit analysis and analog component theory.
Communicate clearly and concisely.
Utilize test software tools such as MATLAB and LabVIEW.
Train junior-level technicians.
Work autonomously.

Qualifications:
Requires highly developed job knowledge and skills. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, OR a 2-year post-secondary/Associate’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Ability to obtain a security clearance.
Working knowledge of analog test instruments and CAN communications.
Familiarity with IPC‑610, electrical assembly, and soldering techniques.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $36.06/hr - $66.3/hr. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $31.25/hr - $58.17/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
