Job Description:
Looking for an Electronic Troubleshooter to debug issues down to the component level. Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing test operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.

Essential Functions:

• Test and debug MD products 
• Maintain efficient unit processing in order to meet customer demand
• Coordinate with Assemblers and Planning
• Mechanical and Technical aptitude
• Electrical testing including use of testing tools, i.e… voltmeter, OHM meter
• Proficient in multiple ERP/MRP/PLM
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel ,Word, PowerPoint
• Dependability, Flexibility
• Teamwork, Independent work
• Effective Communication
• Ability to obtain US Government clearance 

Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

• Experience debugging to component level. 
• Fully proficient support individual contributor.
• Works under limited supervision.
• May be a resource to other employees in areas of expertise.
• Fine Soldering
